Product does not match what was advertised

Extremely disappointed. I ordered the New Balance 530 White/Silver Metallic Polka Dots (U530HFW) based on the photos on this website. The listing clearly shows gray sections on the bottom outsole, but the shoes I received have an almost entirely white outsole. The product I received simply does not match the product pictured and advertised. I paid $110 expecting to receive the exact shoe shown. I have screenshots of the original listing as well as photos of what I actually received. I would not purchase from this store again.

I’ve reached out to company to initiate refund for and have only been met with a message attached to “delete my review”

For shoes that cost $110 shouldnt be falling apart after only wearinf them a couple of times which leads me to believe they aren’t authentic New Balance shoes which is what was paid for.

Sent wrong size

I purchased the New Balance 530 'White Silver Metallic Polka Dots' (U530HFW) from Right Side Store and am extremely disappointed. The shoes I received appear to be an obvious counterfeit. The quality, materials, and overall construction do not match authentic New Balance products.
To make matters worse, I attempted to contact the vendor regarding the issue, but I have received no response. The phone number listed on their website also does not work, leaving no way to resolve the problem or request support.
Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before purchasing from this seller. Receiving what appears to be a counterfeit product and then being unable to reach customer service is unacceptable.
Absolutely do not purchase from Right Side Store.
